Ethernet Based Environment Monitoring

Environment monitoring - temperature, humidity, flood, entry of people, smoke, airflow, and more. Critical values and other information is transmitted over a network. The following sensors can be used with Poseidon monitors:

• Temperature
• Humidity
• Smoke / gas detectors
• Flood detectors
• Voltage / current sensors
• Motion and position detectors

The Poseidon unit connects to the Ethernet, the power supply, and the sensors. Sensor readings are accessible over the Web as well as via other network protocols (SNMP, XML, SMTP, and so on).
Individual Poseidon models differ by the range of features, supported sensors, etc.
